Analysis of Data Needs Survey in BPS Statistics-Kotamobagu Municipality 2023

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Kotamobagu City Central Statistics Agency to identify statistical data needs and the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services. The SKD has been implemented since 2005. Respondents in the 2023 SKD are consumers who receive services from the BPS Integrated Statistical Services (PST) unit by face to face or coming directly to the BPS PST unit as well as without face to face either by telephone, fax, e-mail, letter. , websites, or online statistical services. In general, the aim of implementing SKD2023 is to obtain evaluation material from consumers to support improving the quality of data and statistical information. The results of the 2023 SKD are presented in the form of a publication containing consumer segmentation, service satisfaction analysis, anti-corruption behavior analysis, data needs analysis and data quality satisfaction analysis. This analysis is complemented by presentation in the form of a Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK). The scope of analysis of the 2023 SKD results is PST BPS Kotamobagu City. The SKD results show that in general, consumers are satisfied with the data obtained from the Kotamobagu city BPS data provider as indicated by the percentage of consumers who are satisfied with the quality of BPS data of 100 percent. Consumer satisfaction with services at PST BPS Kotamobagu City is described through IKK. The Kotamobagu City BPS PST IKK value is 95.34, which means that the quality of the Kotamobagu City BPS PST service is in the Very Good category.
