Abstract

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Bureau of Statistics of Kotamobagu City to identify the need for statistical data and the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services. SKD has been implemented since 2005. Respondents in the 2021 SKD are consumers who receive services from the BPS Integrated Statistics Service (PST) unit face-to-face or come directly to the BPS PST unit and without face-to-face either by telephone, facsimile, e-mail, letter , websites, and online statistical services. In general, the purpose of implementing SKD2021 is to obtain evaluation materials from consumers to support improving the quality of data and statistical information. The results of the 2021 SKD are presented in the form of publications containing consumer segmentation, service satisfaction analysis, anti-corruption behavior analysis, data needs analysis and data quality satisfaction analysis. This analysis is equipped with a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK). The scope of the analysis of the results of the 2021 SKD is the PST BPS Kotamobagu City. The results of the SKD show that in general, consumers are satisfied with the data obtained from the BPS data provider Kotamobagu city as indicated by the percentage of consumers who are satisfied with the quality of BPS data by 100%. Consumer satisfaction with services at PST BPS Kotamobagu City is described through the IKK. The IKK PST BPS Kotamobagu City is 95.31%, which means that the service quality of Kotamobagu BPS PST PST is in the Very Good category.
