Analysis for The Results of Data Requirement Kotamobagu Municipality 2022

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Bureau of Statistics for the City of Kotamobagu to identify statistical data needs and levels of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services. SKD has been implemented since 2005. Respondents to the 2022 SKD are consumers who receive services from the BPS Integrated Statistics Service (PST) unit face to face or come directly to the BPS PST unit and without face to face either by telephone, facsimile, e-mail, letter , websites, and online statistical services. In general, the aim of implementing SKD2022 is to obtain evaluation material from consumers as a support for improving the quality of data and statistical information. The SKD 2022 results are presented in the form of a publication which contains consumer segmentation, service satisfaction analysis, anti-corruption behavior analysis, data needs analysis and data quality satisfaction analysis. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of a Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK). The scope of analysis of the 2022 SKD results is the PST BPS Kotamobagu City. SKD results show that in general, consumers are satisfied with the data obtained from the data provider BPS Kotamobagu as indicated by the percentage of consumers who are satisfied with the quality of BPS data at 98.04 percent. Consumer satisfaction with services at PST BPS Kotamobagu City is described through the IKK. The value of IKK PST BPS Kotamobagu City is 96.25, which means that the service quality of PST BPS Kotamobagu City is in the Very Good category.
