Analysis Data Requirement Survey Results of BPS Kotamobagu Municipality 2020

The Data Requirement Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Kotamobagu Municipality Statistics Agency to identify the need for statistical data and the level of consumer satisfaction with data and services by BPS Kotamobagu Municipality. SKD has been implemented since 2005. Respondents at SKD 2020 are consumers who receive services from the BPS Integrated Statistics Service (PST) unit face-to-face or come directly to the BPS PST unit and without face to face either by telephone, facsimile, e-mail, letter , websites, and online statistical services. In general, the purpose of implementing SKD2020 is to obtain evaluation materials from consumers to support improving the quality of data and statistical information. SKD 2020 results are presented in the form of publications containing consumer segmentation, service satisfaction analysis, anti-corruption behavior analysis, data needs analysis and data quality satisfaction analysis. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK). The scope of analysis for the 2020 SKD results is the Kotamobagu Municipality BPS PST. The results of the SKD show that in general, consumers are satisfied with the data obtained from the Kotamobagu BPS data provider as indicated by the percentage of consumers who are satisfied with the quality of BPS data of 93.33%. Consumer satisfaction with services at PST BPS Kota Kotamobagu is illustrated through the IKK. The value of the IKK PST BPS Kotamobagu City is 83.64%, which means that the quality of service of the PST BPS Kotamobagu City is in the Good category.
